"I am a newcomer to your store in Hanover and would just like to make a few positive comments.
Since the first visit to Hanover, having recently moved, I was welcomed into mary lou's just as a regular customer. The girls who spend there mornings afternoon's and evenings working always make me feel like part of the family. The girls there, Sue, Mal, Annie, Yvonne, CHristina, Gidget, Heather, Melanie, Jill, Valerie, ALicia, and the new girls always greet me with the warmest smiles, and over the last six months have welcomed me into the store as almost part of a family. I love my multiple stops in during the day; the are constantly there working hard and having, it seems to me a great time.
I know that MAry lou's is not just a coffee shop for the boys but a warm friendly environment for all people. The Hanover store has a certain sparkle to it that makes me drive out of my way, past Dunkin Donuts. Just to stop in and get a warm cup of "The Best Coffee in Town", which is under rating your service and atmosphere. Thank you so much for making my day a little bit brighter and thanks to the girls in Hanover for all of their hard work."

Love your ads though...very convincing. Your shops appear to be in the south part of the state only. Maybe the square should be a consideration for some more expansion.....many many students who need lots of coffee around here !!!"
