Marylou's Warms Up the Drowned Hogs

Marylou's in Hull served up free hot coffee and hot chocolate to the participants on January 30 to the Drowned Hogs of Hull, who took their 15th annual plunge as a fundraiser to support Wellspring Multi-Service Center of Hull.

Wellspring supports people facing challenges to financial, physical or emotional well-being in order to help them achieve independence and self-sufficiency. The center has been open since 1985 when it was founded by Reverend Diane Edson.

The Drowned Hogs are a group of citizens committed to helping the Hull community.

Marylou's in Hull is located at 248 Atlantic Avenue across from Town Hall.
